Team Registration

Please complete the following form for each conference and non-conference team. Recreation teams also need to register.

The registration fee is $300 for conference teams and $150 for non-conference (including recreational) teams. Registration includes lunch on Saturday for each athlete and one companion, and one tournament T-shirt.

Overnight storage of competition wheelchair is provided at the gym.

For special transportation, accommodations and meals please let us know in the comments field.

The registration confirmation will include a link to submit the tournament fee. If you already registered and only need to submit the registration fee please use this link.
